Adventure
Adventure is a group project I worked on for Full Sail, creating a level and working together with fellow game designers to create a game using these levels. It is an exploration game in which the player has to find their way to the end, and on my level you explore ancient ruins, where once stood a great civilization.
Terrain Generation
I learned how to create terrain inside of Unreal and it was not only very easy to learn, but fun. The ability to paint the terrain with textures was something that allowed me to create a clear path for the player, as well as add detail to the environment.
Being able to manipulate terrain made my transition to the next level very smooth, and it allowed me to be very creative with the architecture living on it, letting me give the player the freedom to explore these areas.


Level Design
The main focus on this project was the level design aspect, which we did following a process from blockmesh (a rough outline of the level) to completion,
which reinforced my knowledge of the pipeline.

The assets used on this project are from the Modular Ruins asset pack, found on the Unreal Engine Marketplace.
