I'm a Florida based game designer that specializes in gameplay and systems design, as well as audio/visual production for art and music. 

Sluggerpunk
(Godot Engine, 2024)

A bullet hell game where you are in control.

 

This is a reimagining of my previous project Sluggerpunk, but as a top-down 2D game.

 

A roguelike where players obtain more abilities as they progress, and then arm themselves with robotic enhancements and trinkets to become more powerful as they progress. 

The Dice Game
(Godot Engine, 2023)

In "The Dice Game" you play as Die that can use weapons and tools to fight enemies.

​

The weapon that the dice can use corresponds to the side on top, and when the player moves it forces the weapon to change every time. The focus is on strategic movement and choice.

​

This game is an extension of "Rollin' Thru" which is another game I worked on in the past. 

Sluggerpun
(Unreal Engine 4, 2023)

A first-person action roguelike where you beat punks up using your bat and baseballs.

 

Set in the year 2069, a totalitarian future where all hope for competitive sports has been lost everywhere but in the underground, where illegal battle sports started to rise in popularity as a means to fight back the governments that pushed them underground.

 

These degenerates are known in the underground as sluggerpunks. 

Ascension
(Unreal Engine 4, 2022)

Ascension is a platformer where you have the ability to make your own platforms by throwing a grenade.  The goal is to reach the highest point in the level – the shack. 

Rollin' Thru
(Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam, 2022)

A collaboration with my friend Corbin Vasile. You play as a dice trying to avoid hitting obstacles by rolling around to avoid them or changing colors to match theirs. This game was made in the span of 48 hours for the Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam 2022.

Tournamental
(Unreal Engine 4, 2022)

Tournamental is a data-driven project where I was tasked with implementing two game mechanics in an already established tile-based project in Unreal Engine. The first mechanic I implemented was the Row Shifting mechanic, where the player can shift the row of tiles they are standing on in the direction they are facing one tile over. The second mechanic implemented was the Chasing Ghost mechanic, made by my peer Corbin Vasile. Inspired by the Boo in the Mario games, a ghost will move around until it spots you and then will chase you and try to catch you.

Adventure
(Unreal Engine 4, 2022)

Adventure is a group project I worked on for Full Sail, creating a level and working together with fellow game designers to create a game using these levels. It is an exploration game in which the player has to find their way to the end, and on my level you explore ancient ruins, where once stood a great civilization.

Experiments
(2019)

Animation created using Cinema 4D and Octane Renderer. Everything including the textures, materials, 3D models, were done by hand or procedurally generated. I wanted to test how much I could get out with a limited amount of modeling knowledge I had at the time.

Wrong Number
(2019)

A music video for a song I made called Wrong Number. I projected on many screens to create the effect of the backgrounds as well as projection mapping on blank white masks, on subjects who were standing still. 

Insight
(2018)

An audio/visual art installation inspired by Japanese Yokai (spirits). The one that I based this on is called Mokumokuren. The piece was accompanied by a 12-speaker setup musical piece composed by Jordan Kerr, a great friend of mine.
